Plenty of Storage

This charmer appears to be in the center of town.  It is two apartments up and one apartment, plus storage on the first floor.  These are obviously units for those of us who detest washing windows.  There are two windows on the other side, and that appears to be it for windows.  Maybe people who sleep during the day and detest window washing would like this?

A small fan in the window is the air conditioner unit. I don't know if it comes with the rent or if it is extra.  Are those bows hanging on the wall above the knick-knack shelf?   Really desperate for a place to store gift wrap accessories?   Hmmmmm, fake white panelling and industrial ceiling tiles? Really?  If you don't like to cook, storing your books in the kitchen cabinets is a great idea. Wish I had come up with that one

It is supposed to have a half-bath downstairs, but I think the half part is the missing door to it. I think the open loft in the touted storage area (above the cars) is the downstairs unit.  No walls gives it that lovely, open, airy feeling to it . 

Plenty of off-street parking though!  Lots of room for cars, trucks & boats to be parked. Of course the tenants would have to share these.  And hey! .  The industrial siding on the exterior is sure to wear well, and that lawn won't take but a minute to mow, freeing up your weekends for cruising the town, all four blocks of it.  Buy this and you can brag to your friends that you own and "uptown" condo!
