Two Bedroom Bungalow

http://www.northwest-national.com/37-382.htm

I do believe this is the "glassed in front porch" mentioned in the ad.  Looks like windows to the living room if you ask me.

Much effort was taken with the landscaping (not). And the little deck is just cute as a button  but they should have put the arbor on the other side to hide that neighbor's tank. Or to just hide the neighbors.

Looks like a new roof and gutters will be the order of the day for the buyer of this charming two-bedroom bungalow.  What is it anyway with the ceiling tiles?  Need access to do what up there?  And what is that hanging down from the ceiling in front of the fridge?  A fly strip or wires for the light that was taken by the previous owners?    Oh, have mercy on me, please!  This is a pink little place isn't it?  And the furniture that comes with it?  Take the cost of a truck to haul it away off the price of the house.  That entertainment center, I think that's what it is supposed to be, what did they put in the center bottom with the outlet?  Does an adapter box come with the television?  Never mind, it is going for a ride in the truck.  People who buy this won't have enough time to watch television.

This house would be perfect for the newly-married and pregnant high school couple.  It is near the high school so they could entertain their buds during lunch period.   Is the only access to the basement through the exterior cellar door?  Hope you don't need anything that's down there in the cold, wet winter months.  You could put your tree pruning equipment down there because, come spring, or fall, you'll sure be using those on those overly mature apple trees and those sticks outside the house that I bet someone hoped would turn into pretty bushes. Best of luck there.
